烟台石砌民居特征研究

The Characteristics of Stone House in Yantai

民居建筑作为重要的建筑类别之一,能够体现地域文化与乡村发展的脉络。但随着城市化进程快速发展,民居建筑由于缺乏保护以及功能需求的提升而逐渐衰落。为了进一步深入研究鲁东地区传统民居的结构构成和建造特色,对烟台山区的典型石砌民居进行了实地调研,并对建筑物的营造技艺以及建筑的材料、装饰等不同部分的特征做出了分析与总结,探索传统民居可再生发展的方法,对烟台传统石砌民居的研究与保护提供参考。

As one of the important architectural categories,residential buildings can reflect the context of regional culture and rural development.However,with the rapid development of urbanization,residential buildings have gradually declined due to lack of protection and increasing functional requirements.In order to further study the structural composition and construction characteristics of traditional dwellings in eastern Shandong,an on-site investigation was conducted on typical stone dwellings in Yantai Mountains,and the characteristics of different parts of the building including the construction techniques,materials and decoration of the building were analyzed.We also analyze and explore methods of renewable development of traditional residences,so as to provide reference for the research and protection of traditional stone residences in Yantai.
