摘要
2023年,党中央、国务院对新能源发展高度重视,先后做出一系列重要部署,新能源发展在政策供给、重大工程、发展规模、消纳利用、产业链建设、促进经济等方面实现新突破,再上新台阶。本论文通过盘点2023年我国新能源产业发展成果,总结发展形势,提出2024年我国新能源产业将面临能源安全、能源转型、科技创新等方面挑战。并对2024年加快风电光伏发展、构建新能源供给消纳体系、加强电网建设、促进绿色消费、推进重点领域绿色发展和保障民生等新能源重点工作做出展望,旨在推动国内新能源产业持续高质量发展。
In 2023,the Party Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to the development of new energy,and made a series of important deployments.The development of new energy has achieved new breakthroughs and reached new heights in policy supply,major projects,development scale,consumption and utilization,industrial chain construction,economic promotion.This paper reviews the achievements of China's new energy industry in 2023,summarizes the development situation,and proposes that China's new energy industry will face challenges in energy security,energy transformation,scientific and technological innovation,etc.in 2024.It also looks forward to accelerating the development of wind power and photovoltaics,building a new energy supply and consumption system,strengthening power grid construction,promoting green consumption,promoting green development in key areas,and ensuring people's livelihood.The key work of new energy is aimed at promoting the sustainable high-quality development of domestic new energy industry.
