摘要
JWL状态方程参数是炸药爆炸膨胀数值模拟仿真的基础,圆筒试验标定法复杂且成本很高,为了准确快速地获得炸药JWL状态方程参数,提出一种基于灰狼粒子群混合算法计算确定炸药JWL状态方程参数的方法。该方法仅把炸药的爆速和初始密度作为已知条件即可计算确定JWL状态方程参数。基于此方法对TNT、PETN 1.77、HMX、PBX-9010、PBX-9501和OCTOL炸药的JWL状态方程参数进行计算,将计算所得参数进行圆筒试验数值仿真模拟,同时与标准参数仿真模拟结果进行对比,仿真结果曲线R 2分别为0.995681、0.999012、0.99999、0.999533、0.999069和0.998904,均大于0.99,说明计算方法可行,可为炸药JWL状态方程参数的获取研究工作提供一定参考。
The parameters of JWL equation of state are the basis of numerical simulation of explosive expansion.The calibration method of cylinder test is complex and costly.In order to obtain the parameters of JWL equation of state of explosive accurately and quickly,a method based on grey wolf particle swarm optimization is proposed to calculate and determine the parameters of JWL equation of state of explosive.Based on this method,the parameters of JWL equation of state for TNT,PETN 1.77,HMX,PBX-9010,PBX-9501 and OCTOL explosives were calculated.The calculated parameters were used for numerical simulation of cylinder test,and compared with the simulation results of standard parameters.The simulation results show that the curves R 2 are 0.995681,0.999012,0.99999,0.999533,0.999069 and 0.998904,respectively,which are all greater than 0.99,indicating that the calculation method is feasible.It can provide some reference for the research work of obtaining the parameters of JWL equation of state for explosives.
