摘要
在分析轻量化技术分类的基础上,阐明了轻量化技术在结构设计、材料及工艺方面的研究现状.介绍了EDEM软件及其在轻量化设计中的作用与在农机触土部件指标检测中的应用.以农机的主要零部件旋耕刀为例,利用EDEM软件进行仿真,结果显示,旋耕刀最大受力位置在刀具侧切刃且靠近弯折区处.在最大受力位置处添加新型材料、增加涂层等可达到轻量化效果,增加使用寿命.
The classification of lightweight technology is analyzed,on the basis of which structural design,material and process of the technology is clarified.The EDEM software and its roles are introduced in lightweight designing and its application in testing the indexes of soil-touching parts of agricultural machines.Rotary tiller is cited as the main component of the agricultural machine,with simulation carried out by EDEM discrete element software.Results show that maximum stress position of rotary tiller is at the main cutting edge and close to the bending of the tool.Addition of new materials or coatings at the position can achieve lightweight effect and increase service life.
