积极老龄化视角下老年教育发展的困境与策略探究——以石家庄市为例 被引量:1

摘要 大力发展老年教育,是解决我国人口老龄化问题的主要思路.石家庄市老年教育发展存在一些困境:基于城乡二元体制的供给失衡;多元办学主体欠缺且发展不均衡;课程设置单一,不能满足老年教育多元化需求;师资队伍建设欠完善与老年教育高质量发展的矛盾等.因此,提出积极老龄化视角下石家庄市老年教育的发展策略:打破部门藩篱,创新老年教育体制机制建设;整合各方资源,促进老年教育学习资源库建设;激发市场活力,引导老年教育多元主体参与;创新特色发展,推动老年教育学习品牌打造;做好师资培训,创新老年教育专业队伍建设. Vigorously developing education for the elderly is the main idea to solve the problem of aging population in China.The writer discusses dilemmas in the development of education for the elderly in Shijiazhuang,supply imbalance,lack of subjects,monotonous curriculum,and contradiction between the imperfect teachers and high-quality development.So,the paper proposes strategies of breaking departmental barriers and innovating the education system for the elderly,integrating resources to promote the resource pool,stimulating market vitality and guiding the participation of diversified subjects,innovating characteristic development and promoting the building of learning brand,doing agood job in teacher training and creating the construction of professional team for education for the elderly.
