陈皮提取物纳米银的合成及性能 被引量:1

Synthesis and properties of nano silver extracted from tangerine peel

摘要 为了获得一种绿色环保、低能高效的纳米银制备方法,选用陈皮提取液为还原剂和保护剂,采用生物合成法制备纳米银胶体。研究了反应温度、陈皮提取液添加量、硝酸银溶液添加量、反应时间对纳米银胶体粒径和形貌的影响。通过紫外可见分光光度计、纳米粒度仪和透射电镜对制备的纳米银颗粒进行表征。结果表明:利用陈皮提取液及硝酸银可以制备得到纳米级的银胶体。当反应温度为80℃,硝酸银溶液体积为7 mL,陈皮提取液体积为20 mL,反应时间为30 min时,纳米银生产效率高、粒径小,且形貌规则,近球形,稳定性较好。 In order to obtain a green,environment-friendly,low energy and efficient preparation method of silver nanoparticles,tangerine peel extract is selected as a reducing agent and a protective agent,and nano silver colloid is prepared by biological synthesis method.The influences of reaction temperature,volume of dried tangerine peel extracts,volume of silver nitrate and reaction time on particle size and morphology of nano silver colloid are studied by.The nano silveris characterized by TEM,UV-vis spectrum and laser particle sizer.The results show that nano silver colloid can be prepared using the extract of tangerine peel and silver nitrate.When the reaction temperature is 80℃,the silver nitrate solution is 7 mL,the tangerine peel extract is 20 mL and the reaction time is 30 min,the production efficiency of nano silver is the high and the prepared nano silver has small particle size,regular morphology with nearly spherical shape and good stability.
