摘要
为研发醋酸纤维织物/阳离子易染涤纶织物(CA/ECDP)高同色性染色工艺,采用分散染料对其进行染色,探究提升力和最佳上染温度,并测试耐皂洗、耐摩擦、耐汗渍和耐日晒色牢度。结果表明,染料质量分数在0.5%~3.0%范围内,红AC-GFN、橙AC-3R、藏青AC-3R 3种染料的提升力较好;当染料质量分数为1.0%,上染温度为100℃,保温时间为30 min时,CA/ECDP织物的上染率最高,同色性最好;还原清洗后,CA/ECDP织物的耐皂洗色牢度均达到4~5级,耐摩擦色牢度均达3级以上,耐汗渍色牢度均达4级以上,耐日晒色牢度均为4级,具有较好的服用性能。
To develop a process for high homochromaticity in diacetate/easy cationic dye-able polyester fiber(CA/ECDP)fabrics,disperse dyes are chosen,the build up and optimum dyeing temperature are discussed,and the color fastness to soaping,rubbing,perspiration and sunlight are tested.The results show that the build up of Red AC-GFN,orange AC-3R,navy AC-3R three dyes is better in the range of 0.5%~2%of dye concentration.When the dye concentration is 1%,and dyeing at 100℃for 30 min,the dye uptake of CA/ECDP fabric is the highest and the homochromaticity is the bes.After reductive cleaning,the color fastness to soaping of CA/ECDP fabrics reaches levels 4-5,the color fastness to friction reaches levels 3 or above,the color fastness to perspiration reaches levels 4 or above,and the color fastness to sunlight reaches levels 4 or above,indicating good wearability.
