疏浚底泥生物质炭的制备及吸附性能研究

摘要 当前对于疏浚底泥的无害化处理包括卫生填埋法、海洋降解法、焚烧处理法等。本实验通过对松浦支渠疏浚底泥在450℃下热解不同时间以制备疏浚底泥生物质炭,表征了其形貌、结构和吸附性能。实验结果表明,在模拟镍废水处理实验中,1L废水中加入50g的450℃下热解120 min的改性疏浚底泥生物质炭,吸附120 min后Ni^(2+)的吸附率达到最高。由此可见,热解法改性疏浚底泥达到了以废治废、变废为宝的理念要求,做到了废弃污染物的资源化利用。 The current harmless treatment methods for dredged sediment include sanitary landfill,marine degradation,incineration,etc.This experiment prepared biochar from dredged sediment of Songpu Branch Canal by pyrolysis at 450℃for different times,and characterized its morphology,structure,and adsorption performance.The experimental results showed that in the simulated nickel wastewater treatment experiment,50g of modified dredged sediment biochar pyrolysis at 450℃for 120 minutes was added to 1L of wastewater,and the adsorption rate of Ni^(2+)reached the highest after 120 minutes of adsorption.From this,it can be seen that the modified dredging sediment by pyrolysis method meets the concept requirements of treating waste and turning waste into treasure.Realized the resource utilization of waste pollutants.
