煤系针状焦的制备及性能评价研究

摘要 本文以煤系软沥青为原料,全流程制备高功率石墨电极,对针状焦石墨化颗粒及石墨电极试体的性能、指标进行分析评价。通过与日本进口针状焦的质量指标进行对比分析,提出国产煤系针状焦质量优化方向。 This article uses coal based soft asphalt as raw material to prepare high-power graphite electrodes through the entire process.The performance and indicators of needle coke graphitized particles and graphite electrode specimens are analyzed and evaluated.By comparing and analyzing the quality indicators of imported needle coke from Japan,the direction for optimizing the quality of domestically produced coal based needle coke is proposed.
