摘要
深孔加工技术在制造领域被广泛应用。由于深孔内部空间有限,深孔检测存在困难,近年来光学检测方法得到关注,推动了深孔检测技术从人工检测向光学检测方向发展。本文阐述了现有深孔测量工具及存在的问题,总结了现有光学测量方法的测量原理、研究进展及优缺点,并提出了目前尚未解决的问题,最后对深孔检测方法的未来发展进行了展望。
Deep hole machining technology has been widely applied in the manufacturing industry.Due to the limited internal space of deep holes,there are difficulties in detecting them.In recent years,optical detection methods have received attention,promoting the development of deep hole detection technology from traditional manual detection to optical detection.This article elaborates on the existing deep hole measurement tools and their existing problems,summarizes the measurement principles,research progress,and advantages and disadvantages of existing optical measurement methods,and proposes unresolved issues in research.Finally,it prospects the future development of deep hole detection methods.
