基于点云的铣刀螺旋槽截面预测模型

摘要 基于点云离散的思想,将铣刀棒料离散为点云集合,将砂轮简化为回转面及中心矢量表达的二维模型,建立判断棒料截面点云与砂轮回转面是否包含的磨削切除预测模型,并利用预测截面点云集合计算螺旋槽相关参数。采用OCC建立实际仿真磨削的点云切除过程模块,实现对预测螺旋槽截面的显示以及结构参数的精确计算。通过改变砂轮结构位置参数,给出螺旋槽截面相关参数变化规律,并对其中具体实例进行了结果显示。 Based on the idea of point cloud discreteness,the milling cutter bar stock is discretized into a point cloud set,the grinding wheel is simplified to a two-dimensional model of rotary surface and center vector expression,a grinding and excision model is establised to determine whether the point cloud of bar stock section and the grinding wheel rotating surface are contained,and the relevant parameters of spiral groove by using the predicted cross-section point set is calculated.Establish the point cloud removal process of actual simulated grinding by using OCC,and realize the display of the cross-section of the predicted spiral groove and the accurate calculation of structural parameters.By changing the position parameters of the grinding wheel structure,give the change law of the relevant parameters of the spiral groove section is given,and the results of the specific examples is displayed.
