昆明地区某中低品位胶磷矿浮选试验研究

摘要 昆明地区某中低品位胶磷矿属于海相沉积大型层状磷块岩矿床,采用单一反浮选试验流程,研究其可选性以及最佳药剂制度。试验结果表明:采用原矿P_(2)O_(5)品位为24.46%,MgO含量为5.58%的矿石进行试验,当磨矿细度-0.074 mm达到89.97%,硫酸用量为16.0 kg/t,捕收剂YP6用量为2.0 kg/t,磷酸用量1.5 kg/t时,采用一次精选单一反浮选流程,可获得P_(2)O_(5)品位为31.07%,MgO为0.66%的合格磷精矿,P_(2)O_(5)回收率为89.95%的选矿指标。 A medium to low-grade phosphate ore in Kunming area belongs to a large layered phosphate rock deposit of marine sedimentation.A single reverse flotation test process was used to study its selectivity and optimal reagent system.The experimental results show that when the raw P_(2)O_(5)grade is 24.46%and the MgO content is 5.58%,the ore is tested.When the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm and reaches 89.97%,the sulfuric acid dosage is 16.0 kg/t,the YP6 dosage is 2.0 kg/t,and the phosphoric acid dosage is 1.5 kg/t,using a single selection reverse flotation process can obtain a qualified phosphorus concentrate with a P_(2)O_(5)grade of 31.07%,MgO content of 0.66%,and a P_(2)O_(5)recovery rate of 89.95%.
