摘要
地方特色化工产业向智能化、绿色化和高端化发展是大势所趋,因而急需复合型化工人才队伍提供智力保障。针对传统培养模式中存在课程体系单一、工程实践少、跨学科科研资源协同难等问题,通过依托高水平的教学和科研平台,从机制体制建设、基本实践技能养成和创新实践能力提升等方面,全方位地保障了化工专业教育的实践性和创新性,为培养地方特色产业需求的高质量复合型、创新型和应用型人才提供了有力保障。
It is a general trend for the local characteristic chemical industry to develop into intelligent,green and high-end,so it is in urgent need of complex chemical talents to provide intellectual protection.In view of the problems in the traditional training mode,such as a single curriculum system,few engineering practices,and difficulty in coordinating interdisciplinary scientific research resources,Huaiyin Institute of Technology relies on high-level teaching and research platforms to ensure the practicability and innovation of chemical professional education in an all-round way from the aspects of mechanism and system construction,basic practical skills cultivation and innovation and practice ability improvement.It provides a strong guarantee for training high-quality composite,innovative and application-oriented talents required by local characteristic industries.
