摘要
文章分析数字孪生技术的特点,总结城市轨道交通重大装备固定式架车机日常运维中存在的问题,创建固定式架车机智能运维数字孪生虚拟模型并对其进行补偿修正,实现基于数字孪生技术在固定式架车机数字运维、故障诊断、全寿命周期健康监测及零部件寿命预测。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of digital twinning technology,summarizes the problems existing in the daily operation and maintenance of fixed car racking machine,establishes a digital twinning virtual model of intelligent operation and maintenance of fixed car racking machine,and compensates and corrects it,so as to realize the digital operation and maintenance,fault diagnosis,life cycle health monitoring and parts life prediction of fixed car racking machine based on digital twinning technology.
