摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)技术作为一种综合性的数字化工具,为轨道交通项目的设计、施工和运营提供了全新的解决方案。文章主要阐述BIM技术在市域(郊)铁路工程项目全生命周期应用现状,在规划阶段利用进行轨道系统布局优化,在设计阶段实现结构和设备的协同设计,在施工和运营阶段利用BIM实现资源管理和维护计划优化等,实现了精确数据采集、优化设计、实时监管、减少风险及高质量竣工模型移交,为市域(郊)铁路工程项目的全生命周期管理提供了综合支持。
As a comprehensive digital tool,Building Information Model(BIM)technology provides a brand-new solution for the design,construction and operation of rail transit projects.This paper mainly expounds the application status of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of urban(suburban)railway engineering projects.It optimizes the layout of track system in the planning stage,realizes the collaborative design of structure and equipment in the design stage,and realizes the resource management and maintenance plan optimization in the construction and operation stage by using BIM.It realizes accurate data collection,optimized design,real-time supervision,risk reduction,and high-quality completion model handover,and provides comprehensive support for the whole life cycle management of urban(suburban)railway engineering projects.
