浅谈失智老人照护技术规范化过程中存在的问题和对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures in the Standardization Process of Care Technology for Elderly People with Dementia

我国人口老龄化日趋严重,对老人尤其是失智老人的照护事关百姓福祉和社会和谐稳定。目前全国各地在建设完善的医养结合服务体系过程中,虽然取得一定成效,但仍面临一些亟待解决的问题。这些问题的存在,已严重制约医养结合服务体系的建设和发展,必须予以高度重视。本文针对失智老人照护技术规范化过程中存在的问题进行了剖析,并对此提出一些对策和建议。

The aging population in China is becoming increasingly severe,and the care of the elderly,especially those with dementia,is crucial to the well-being of the people and social harmony and stability.At present,although certain achievements have been made in the construction of a comprehensive integrated medical and elderly care service system across the country,there are still some urgent problems that need to be solved.The existence of these problems has seriously constrained the construction and development of the combination of medical and senior health care service system,and must be highly valued.This article analyzes the problems in the standardization process of care technology for elderly people with dementia,and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions.
