摘要
研究了混合单体及工艺水进料位置、水解循环泵及石墨冷却器与水解环路混合器距离、水解环路出料管线管径及倾斜角度等对倾角式环路含氢硅油水解技术的影响,确定了水解循环泵距水解环路混合器最佳距离、水解环路出料最佳管径及出料管线最佳倾角。
The influences of the feed position of mixed monomer and process water,the distance between hydrolytic circulating pump and graphite cooler and hydrolytic loop mixer,the pipe diameter of hydrolytic loop discharge line and the inclined angle on the hydrosilicone oil hydrolysis technology in inclined loop were studied.The optimal distance between the pump and the mixer,the optimal pipe diameter and the optimal dip angle of the outlet pipewere determined.
