摘要
载药型角膜接触镜可以有效延长药物释放时间,提高药物的生物利用度,是一种较为理想的眼部给药方式。目前,在视力矫正领域,硅基水凝胶角膜接触镜因其具有高透氧和较低含水率的优点,已逐渐替代传统水凝胶角膜接触镜,被广泛使用,在眼科治疗及预防领域具有广阔的应用前景。本综述重点总结了近几年载药型硅基水凝胶角膜接触镜的研究进展,根据不同的载药方式对硅基水凝胶的基底结构、药物种类、药物释放机理等方面进行了详细分析,并对其发展前景进行展望。
The drug-loaded contact lens can effectively prolong the drug release time and improve the bioavailability of drugs,which is an ideal way of ocular drug delivery.At present,in the field of vision correction,silica-based hydrogel contact lenses have been widely used instead of traditional hydrogelbased contact lenses because of their advantages of high oxygen permeability and low water content,and have broad application prospects in the field of ophthalmic treatment and prevention.This review focuses on the research progress of drug-loaded silica-based hydrogel contact lenses in recent years.According to different drug-loading methods,the structure of silica-based hydrogel substrate,drug types,drug release mechanism and other aspects were analyzed in detail,and the development was prospected.
