Healing,Regeneration and Sustainable Development:Planning and Construction of Seattle's Urban Cultural Space

随着全球化后工业时代的到来,文化成为支撑城市可持续发展的重要资源,文化空间规划建设也被视为城市再生与转型发展,增强城市文化竞争力的重要路径。西雅图是文化空间产生与发展的典型代表。本文基于西雅图的发展历史与国际背景,将其文化空间发展分为四个阶段;并从文化空间建设、政策支撑、技术融合等角度进行剖析,发现其顺应国际发展格局,以文化空间为引擎促进城市再生与发展,开展兼顾社会平等目标的计划项目,依托先进科技探索文化空间建设路径。这对我国探索以文化空间为触媒的城市转型可带来有益启示:充分认识文化空间对城市综合发展的助推作用,定制立足自身、兼顾多元需求的文化空间供给模式,形成新旧融合立体复合的文化空间供给路径,以及不断完善制度保障与技术支撑。

With the advent of the post-industrial era of globalization,culture is an important resource to support the sustainable development of cities.Cultural space planning and construction is also regarded as an important path for urban regeneration,transformation and development,and enhancing urban cultural competitiveness.Seattle is a typical representative of the emergence and development of cultural space.Based on the development history and international background of Seattle,this paper divides its innovative cultural space into four development stages,and analyzes it from the perspectives of cultural space innovation,policy innovation,and technology integration.It is found that it conforms to the international development pattern,promotes urban regeneration and development with cultural space as the engine,carries out planning projects that take into account the goal of social equality,and explores the path of cultural space construction relying on advanced technology.This brings the following useful inspirations to our country's exploration of urban transformation with innovative cultural space as a catalyst:fully understand the role of cultural space innovation in promoting the comprehensive development of cities,customize an innovative cultural space supply model based on its own needs and take into account multiple needs,form a threedimensional integration of old and new,compound cultural space supply path and constantly improve institutional guarantee and technical support.
