摘要
“健康中国2030”国家战略背景下,如何从用户视角出发,提升在线健康信息服务质效,以满足公众的线上健康信息服务需求,促进健康服务均等化?围绕这一基本问题,介绍与评价付少雄副教授的《面向在线健康知识社区的用户贡献行为研究》(武汉大学出版社,2023年)新著,总结该书的研究结晶,提炼其亮点特点。通过研读与比较,认为该书着眼于当前在线健康信息服务发展的新趋势与新需求,其研究内容契合我国健康信息服务工作中的关注重点与问题。该书研究结论客观有效,既形成了用户赋能在线健康知识社区信息服务的指导性策略,也可为后续信息行为与信息服务领域研究者提供理论与实践基础。
In the context of the national strategy of“Healthy China 2030”,to meet the public’s demand for online health information services and to promote the equalization of health services,how to improve the quality and efficiency of online health information services from the perspective of users?Focusing on this fundamental question,I introduce and evaluate Associate Professor Fu Shaoxiong’s new book“Research on User Contribution Behavior in Online Health Knowledge Communities”(Wuhan University Press,2023),summarize the research culmination of the book,and distill its highlights and features.Through reading and comparison,the book focuses on the new trends and needs of the current development of online health information services,and its research content is in line with the concerns and problems in the promotion of health information services in China.The conclusions of this book are objective and effective.The findings not only form a guiding strategy for user-empowered online health knowledge community information services,but also provide a theoretical and practical basis for subsequent researchers in the field of information behavior and information services.
