摘要
援外医疗队岗前培训是卫生援外工作的重要组成部分,其中艾滋病相关知识培训教学相比于常规的医学继续教育课程,应更注重培训对象需求,以同步提升医疗队队员艾滋病知识、技能和观念为重点目标。通过队员学习动机的培养及基于问题的临床教学模式应用,结合心理-社会支持能力训练等教学方法,提高岗位胜任力。该文还结合援外医疗现场工作体会,总结教学经验,为进一步提升培训质量和效果提供建议。
Pre-job training for medical aid teams is an important part of international medical aid work.Compared with the courses in regular medical continuing education,the training and teaching of AIDS-related knowledge should pay more attention to the needs of the trainees,with the key goal of simultaneously improving the knowledge about AIDS,skills and perceptions of medical team members.Through the cultivation of team members'learning motivation and the application of problem-based clinical teaching and learning models,combined with psycho-social support ability training and other teaching methods,the post competency can be improved.This paper also summarizes the teaching experiences based on the work experience in international medical aid to provide suggestions for further improving the quality and effect of training.
