可持续航空燃料产业发展现状及对我国SAF发展建议

摘要 航空业作为交通领域减排最困难的部门,采用可持续航空燃料是当前公认的减排主要技术路线。我国可持续航空燃料产业发展尚处于初级阶段,与欧美等国存在一定差距。该文从ASTM D7566-23b及ASTM1655-23a等可持续航空燃料认证标准着手,分析当前行业发展现状及存在的问题并提出相关建议。研究发现,SAF需求前景广阔,在我国市场发展空间大;但当前我国可持续航空燃料发展存在顶层政策引导不足、供应链体系与国际先进水平存在差距、认证流程繁琐且成本高昂等问题;建议加快相关政策制定、探索新工艺新原料、加强产业联合推动技术创新、加快建设运营生物航煤示范项目,以推动SAF在我国的发展,助力航空业减排。 The aviation industry,as the most difficult sector to reduce emissions in the transportation sector,sustainable aviation fuels are currently recognized as the main technological route for aviation emission reduction.However,the development of China's sustainable aviation fuel industry is still in its early stages,and there is a certain gap compared to the European Union and the United States.This article starts with sustainable aviation fuel certification standards such as ASTM D7566-23b and ASTM1655-23a,and analyzes the current development status and existing challenges in the industry and proposes some suggestions.Research has found that there are problems with the current development of sustainable aviation fuels in China,such as insufficient top-level policy guidance,gaps between the supply chain system and international advanced levels,cumbersome certification processes,and high costs.Suggestions include accelerating the formulation of relevant policies,exploring new processes and raw materials,strengthening industrial cooperation to promote technological innovation,and accelerating the construction and operation of bio aviation coal demonstration projects to promote the development of SAF in China and assist the aviation industry in reducing emissions.
