摘要
针对含有挥发性及半挥发性有机污染物的土壤,某土壤修复工程项目采用异位直接热脱附技术及设备进行修复。污染土壤经预处理后,再经回转窑进行热脱附,使有机污染物与土壤颗粒分离,最后富集气化污染物的尾气经旋风除尘、二燃室高温分解、换热器冷却降温、半干法脱酸塔碱液反应、布袋除尘等环节进行处理,可有效去除尾气中的污染物。该工艺成熟、设备稳定,可满足有机污染土壤修复的环保要求。
For the soil remediation project containing volatile and semi-volatile organic pollutants,a city soil remediation project adopts ex-situ direct thermal desorption technology and equipment.Contaminated soil after preprocessing,then through rotary kiln for hot stripping,organic pollutants and the soil particle separation,removal,the enrichment of gasification of pollutant exhaust by the cyclone dust removal,secondary combustion chamber cooling high temperature decomposition,heat exchanger,half dry acid alkali reaction tower,bag dust removal for tail gas treatment,effectively remove the pollutants in the exhaust gas.The technology is mature and the equipment is stable,which can meet the environmental protection requirements of organic contaminated soil remediation.
