妇科危重症预警智能管理体系的构建及成效分析

The construction and effect analysis of electronic management system for early warning of critical disease in gynecology

目的构建妇科危重症预警智能管理体系,探讨妇科危重症患者预警智能管理体系使用前后危重症病情变化时预警管理的成效。方法应用现代信息技术,依托院内HIS系统平台构建预警智能管理体系,通过设置自动预警、智能判读、风险分层、方案推送等功能,实现预警智能化风险管理目的。采用前瞻性研究,抽取2019年9月至2022年1月入住南京医科大学附属妇产医院的妇科危重症患者56例,分别采用常规风险管理(常规组25例)及预警智能管理体系(智能组31例)对危重病情风险管理,收集两组患者的预警率、预警时间、急救护理达标率、抢救时间,并进行比较。结果智能组危重病情变化的预警率、急救护理达标率均高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);预警时间、抢救时间均短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论妇科危重症预警智能管理体系具有科学性、特异性、准确性、智能化等特征;通过自动预警、智能风险分级,推荐预警处理方案,达到提高预警率及急救护理达标率的目的;缩短预警时间与抢救时间,为护理人员提供病情预警工具,为妇科危重症护理提供有效、精准的指导,最终提高妇科危重症的风险管理水平。

Objective To construct an early warning intelligent management system for gynecological critical patients,and to explore the effect of early warning management when the condition of critical patients changes before and after the application of early warning intelligent management system for gynecological critical patients.Methods Using modern information technology and relying on the HIS system platform in the hospital,the early warning intelligent management system was constructed.By setting up automatic early warning,intelligent interpretation,risk stratification,scheme push and other functions,the purpose of early warning intelligent risk management was realized.A prospective study was conducted to select 56 patients with gynecological critical illness admitted to Women's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from September 2019 to January 2022.Routine risk management(normal group,25 cases)and early warning intelligent management system(smart group,31 cases)were used for risk management of critical illness.The early warning rate,early warning time,standard rate of emergency care of the two groups of patients were collected.The rescue time was compared.Results The warning rate of critical condition changes and the standard rate of emergency care in the smart group were higher than those in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The early warning time,rescue time of the smart group were shorter than those of the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The early warning intelligent management system of gynecological critical illness is scientific,specific,accurate and intelligent.Through automatic early warning,intelligent risk classification,and recommended early warning treatment plan,the early warning rate and standard rate of emergency care were improved.It shorten the warning time and rescue time.It provides early warning tools for nursing staff,provides effective and accurate guidance for gynecological critical care,and ultimately improves the risk management level of gynecological critical care,promotes the development of gynecological critical care,and provides reference for the early warning management of other specialist critical care.
