基层单位纸质档案数字化工作的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Paper Archives Digitization in Grass-roots Units

随着档案数字化工作的深入开展,基层单位的档案在数字化处理工作中出现了诸多问题,这些问题的存在,一定程度上影响了档案馆进馆档案的数字化质量,给档案将来的利用工作造成困难。对基层单位档案数字化处理工作开展的场所、流程、扫描质量、数字化公司的有关情况进行调研,分析问题存在的原因,提出加强组织领导、强化监督、健全制度、人员培训等办法,提高基层单位档案数字化工作处理质量。

With the development of archives digitization,there are many problems in the digitization of archives in grass-roots units.To a certain extent,the existence of these problems has affected the quality of digitization of the collected archives,and caused difficulties for the future utilization of archives.Based on the investigation and research on the place,process,scanning quality and digitized company of the archives digitization processing work in the grass-roots units,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems,and puts forward some solutions such as strengthening the organization and leadership,strengthening the supervision,perfecting the system and training the personnel,etc.to improve the quality of the archives digitization processing work in the grass-roots units.
