摘要
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common progressive joint disease with chronic pain and movement disorders as the main clinical features.It is a major public health problem worldwide and it imposes serious medical and economic burdens.KOA accounts for nearly four-fifths of the global Osteoarthritis burden and increases with rising obesity and age[1].There are many reasons for the change in disease prevalence and risk factors,such as urbanization,lifestyle changes,population aging,and sex imbalances.
