民国时期吉林地域《伤寒论》的研究与应用——基于《医林》杂志研究的探讨

民国时期,吉林地域中医的发展受到了西医盛行的强烈的冲击,在中西医并存的发展的背景下,吉林地区的中医们传承并研究中医经典,在当时吉林地区出版发行的中医学杂志《医林》杂志中发表了大量的中医经典研究内容,其中以《伤寒论》研究的内容最为广泛,本文通过考证《医林》杂志中发表的《伤寒论》研究文献,认为当时的《伤寒论》研究文献具有篇目连载较多,内容连续强的特点,在研究内容上推崇原文,注重经典,并在一定程度上反映了中西医汇通的特点,研究形式多样,代表了当时中医的学术发展水平,对于研究中医药的发展具有重要意义。

During the Republic of China era,the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the Jilin region was strongly impacted by the prevalence of Western medicine.Against the backdrop of the coexistence of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in the Jilin region inherited and studied traditional Chinese medicine classics.A large amount of research on traditional Chinese medicine classics was published in the Chinese medicine journal"Yilin"which was published and distributed in the Jilin region at that time,among which"Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases"was the most widely studied.By verifying the research literature on"Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases"published in the journal"Yilin",this article believes that at that time,the research literature on"Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases"had the characteristics of a large number of serialized articles and strong continuity of content;In terms of research content,it advocated the original text,emphasized classics,and to a certain extent,reflected the characteristics of the convergence of Chinese and Western medicine;The research forms were diverse.These all represent the academic development level of traditional Chinese medicine at that time,which is of great significance for the study of the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
