Discussion on the Relationship Between Intellectual Physicochemistry and Artificial Intelligence Ethics in Intelligent Manufacturing

智能制造作为当代制造业的重要发展方向,引领着制造技术的革新和产业的转型升级,不仅提高了生产效率,降低了成本,还为制造业的可持续发展带来了新的机遇。然而,随着智能制造技术的快速发展,涌现出一系列与伦理相关的问题。旨在探讨智能制造与伦理之间的相互关系(即智理化),分析智能制造在生产效率、人机合作、隐私保护、决策透明度等方面带来的伦理挑战,提出促进隐私保护与透明度、责任明确与分工合理、技能培训与社会公平及决策可解释性和公正性等可持续发展的伦理指导原则,结合关于智能制造的伦理挑战分析与伦理的指导原则。针对研究出的每一种伦理挑战,提出了相对应的解决方案,并在最后探讨了伦理教育在智能制造背景下的重要性,提出在智能制造的时代,伦理教育的重要性不可忽视。

As an important development direction of the contemporary manufacturing industry,intelligent manufacturing leads the innovation of manufacturing technology and the transformation and upgrading of the industry,which not only improves production efficiency and reduces costs,but also brings new opportunities for the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.However,with the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology,a series of issues related to ethics have emerged.It aims to explore the interrelationship between intelligent manufacturing and ethics(i.e.intellectual chemistry),analyze the ethical challenges brought by intelligent manufacturing in production efficiency,human-machine cooperation,privacy protection,decision-making transparency,etc.,and propose ethical guiding principles for sustainable development such as promoting privacy protection and transparency,clear responsibility and reasonable division of labor,skills training and social equity,and interpretability and fairness of decision-making.Combine an analysis of the ethical challenges of smart manufacturing with ethical guidelines.In the end,the paper discusses the importance of ethical education in the context of intelligent manufacturing,and points out that in the era of intelligent manufacturing,the importance of ethical education can not be ignored.
