国家文化数字化下乡村文化旅游产业发展——以西安市鄂邑区黄河流域乡村为例

Development of Rural Cultural Tourism Industry under the Digitalization of National Culture:A Case Study of the Yellow River Basin in Huyi District,Xi'an City

党的二十大报告对于加快建设数字中国、实施国家文化数字化战略作出了重要部署,明确提出"加快发展数字经济,促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合"乡村旅游是促进民营经济和县域经济突破和发展的关键,也是推动产业结构调整和转型升级的关键。并且社会各界对黄河流域治理的关注度较大,在产学研界关于黄河治理的研究成果丰硕,并且黄河流域附近村庄的治理改进从产业兴旺、文化传承、生态修复、乡村治理等不同视角对黄河流域的乡村振兴进行了大量的理论研究,为本项目的研究和开展实施打下了良好的理论支撑。但是,与东部地区相比,西部地区的乡村文化旅游在发展过程中尚存在一系列的问题仍然存在一些问题还未解决。党的十九届六中全会提出,要通过发展工业来促进农村经济的发展,让农民过上更好的生活。因此,在黄河流域治理和乡村振兴战略要求下,研究探讨西安市鄂邑区在文旅产业融合发展方面存在的主要问题,并提出有针对性的意见和建议,对促进文旅产业高质量发展具有重要的意义。

The report of the 2oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China made important arrangements for accelerating the construction of digital China and implementing the national cultural digitalization strategy,and clearly proposed the idea of"accelerating the development of digital economy and promoting the deep integration of digital economy and real economy". Rural tourism is the key to promoting the breakthrough and development of private economy and county economy,and is also the key to promoting industrial restructuring,transformation and upgrading.In addition,all sectors of society pay great attention to the governance of the Yellow River Basin,and fruitful research achievements have been made in the industrial,academic and research circles on the governance of the Yellow River Basin.In addition,a large number of theoretical studies have been conducted on the rural revitalization of the Yellow River Basin from different perspectives such as industrial prosperity,cultural inheritance,ecological restoration and rural governance.It has laid a good theoretical support for the research and implementation of this project.However,compared with the eastern region,there are still a series of problems in the development of rural cultural tourism in the western region.The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the development of the rural economy through the development of industry,so that farmers can live a better life.Therefore,under the requirements of the Yellow River basin governance and rural revitalization strategy,it is of great significance to study and discuss the main problems existing in the integrated development of cultural and tourism industry in Huyi District of Xi'an,and put forward targeted opinions and suggestions,which will promote the high-quality development of cultural and tourism industry.
