高效溶气技术在盐水中的应用及特性研究

摘要 山东海化氯碱树脂有限公司对于粗盐水澄清技术采用的是传统溶气装置,经过多年运行、改造,目前烧碱生产能力已大幅度提升,传统溶气装置已经不适用于现在的规模,一次盐水处理能力已超过设计负荷,预处理器出水水质降低。文章研究了粗盐水高效浮上澄清技术,提高盐水浮上澄清效率,并且通过研究高效溶气过程中溶气压力对微气泡尺寸的影响,进而探究该技术应用在氯碱行业一次盐水精制中悬浮物的去除。在溶气压力为0.4 MPa、气泡尺寸10~70μm、占总数量90%以上的基础上,通过控制絮凝剂FeCl_(3)投加量探究出水浊度的变化,最佳投入量为12 mg/L,出水浊度为11.9 NTU。 Shandong Haihua Chlor-Alkali Resin Co.,Ltd.adopts a traditional dissolved gas device for the clarification technology of crude brine.After years of operation and transformation,the chlor alkali company has greatly improved its production capacity of caustic soda.The tradi⁃tional dissolved gas device is no longer suitable for the current scale,and the primary brine treat⁃ment capacity has exceeded the design load,resulting in a decrease in the effluent quality of the pre processor.This article studied the technology applicable to the efficient floating clarification of crude brine in chlor alkali companies,improving the efficiency of brine floating clarification.By studying the effect of dissolved gas pressure on the size of micro bubbles during the efficient gas dissolution process,the application of this technology in the removal of suspended solids in pri⁃mary brine refining in the chlor alkali industry is explored.At a dissolved gas pressure of 0.4 MPa,the bubble size ranges from 10μm to 70μm,over 90%of the total quantity.On this basis,the change in effluent turbidity was explored by controlling the dosage of flocculant FeCl_(3).The optimal dosage was 12 mg/L,and the effluent turbidity was 11.9 NTU.
