富硒西兰花中硒的提取方法研究

Study on the Extraction Method of Selenium from Selenium Rich Broccoli

文章主要介绍了富硒西兰花中硒的提取方法,以富硒西兰花为原料,采用了水提、酶提和两级提取方法对富硒西兰花中硒进行提取效果实验,并研究了料液比、温度、时间和酶使用量对提取效果的影响。实验结果表明,酶提的提取率高于水提,两级提取的提取率明显比单次提取高,最终确定了采用两级提取方法对富硒西兰花进行提取,第一步采用水提,第二步采用酶提。

The article mainly introduced the extraction method of selenium from selenium rich broccoli.Using selenium rich broccoli as raw material,the experiments were conducted on the extraction effect of selenium from selenium rich broccoli with water extraction,enzyme extraction,and twice extraction methods.We researched the effects of material liquid ratio,temperature,time,and enzyme usage on the extraction.The experimental results showed that the extraction rate of enzyme extraction was higher than that of water extraction,and the extraction rate of twice ex⁃tractions was significantly higher than that of once extraction.The research final selection extrac⁃tion method to extract selenium from broccoli,the first extraction with water and the second extrac⁃tion with enzyme.
