摘要
数字化转型是物业服务企业降本增效的重要手段,也是企业未来发展的大趋势。在对物业服务企业的中高层管理人员进行半结构化访谈以及文献梳理的基础上,利用扎根理论的思想识别出物业服务企业数字化转型影响因素。随后采用DEMATEL-ISM的方法分析影响因素的重要程度和层级结构模型。结果表明:物业服务企业数字化转型影响因素分为5级3阶的多层递阶结构模型,其中,行业环境是深层影响因素,人力资源是关键的中间影响因素,技术整合能力是最有效的直接影响因素。
Digital transformation is an important tool for property service enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency,and it is also a major trend for the future development of enterprises.Based on semi-structured interviews with middle and senior managers of property service enterprises and literature combing,this paper identifies 16 digital transformation influencing factors of property service enterprises by using the idea of rooting theory and TOE framework.The DEMATEL-ISM method was also used to analyze the importance and hierarchical structure model of the influencing factors.The results show that the influence factors of digital transformation of property service enterprises are divided into a multi-layer recursive structure model of 5 levels and 3 orders,among which industry environment is the deep influence factor,human resources is the key intermediate influence factor,and technology integration capability is the most effective direct influence factor.
