碳约束下生鲜农产品冷链物流效率和时空特征分析——以中部六省为例

Analysis of the Efficiency and Spatiotemporal Characteristics of Cold Chain Logistics for Fresh Agricultural Products under Carbon Constraints:A Case Study of Six Provinces in Central China

为了解碳约束下生鲜农产品冷链物流发展效率,加速低碳冷链物流业的发展,文章利用超效率SBM-DEA和GML指数方法,测度中部六省2011—2021年在碳约束下生鲜农产品冷链物流静态效率值及动态变化趋势,选取年度效率值进一步研究生鲜农产品冷链物流发展的空间变化。研究表明:整体而言,中部六省生鲜农产品低碳物流发展效率值总体不高;时间维度上,中部六省生鲜农产品低碳物流发展效率值呈现缓慢波动上升趋势,且各省份间效率值差距较大,但差异逐年减小;空间维度上,生鲜农产品冷链物流发展高效率区域由东向西逐渐移动,最终呈现出各区域均衡发展的趋势。最后,从不同维度提出相关建议,以促进中部六省生鲜农产品冷链物流协调发展。

To understand the efficiency of cold chain logistics development for fresh agricultural products under carbon constraints and accelerate the development of low-carbon cold chain logistics industry,this article uses the super efficiency SBM-DEA and GML index methods to measure the static efficiency values and dynamic trends of fresh agricultural cold chain logistics in the six central provinces from 2011 to 2021 under carbon constraints.Finally,the annual efficiency values of the six central provinces are selected to further study the spatial changes in the development of fresh agricultural cold chain logistics in the six central provinces.Research shows that:(1)Overall,the overall development efficiency of low-carbon logistics for fresh agricultural products in the six central provinces is not high.(2)In terms of time dimension,the efficiency value of low-carbon logistics development for fresh agricultural products in the six central provinces shows a slow fluctuating upward trend,and there is a significant difference in efficiency values among provinces,but the difference is decreasing year by year.(3)In terms of spatial dimension,the high-efficiency areas for the development of fresh agricultural cold chain logistics gradually move from east to west,and ultimately show a trend of balanced development among various regions.Finally,relevant suggestions are proposed from different dimensions to promote the coordinated development of cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products in the six central provinces.
