网络空间命运共同体:高校思想政治教育的机遇、挑战与应对

习近平总书记所提出的网络空间命运共同体理念为各行业带来了机遇,同时也面临新的挑战。高校思想政治教育要以网络空间命运共同体为镜,找出目前思想政治教育工作在网络时代的顶层设计存在短板、队伍建设有待加强、网络平台中的内容质量不高,以及舆情管控经验不成熟等问题,分析网络空间命运共同体理念中高校思想政治教育存在着网络空间的局限性削弱高校思想政治教育的凝聚力,现实的复杂性挑战高校思想政治教育的认同感,线上的虚拟性影响高校思想政治教育的实效度等挑战。通过坚持开放共享,提高课程质量,激活创新驱动、优化实践载体,以及突出命运与共、营造良好氛围等探索如何破冰,在高校思想政治教育过程中,注重网络空间命运共同体理念的有效践行,充分提升高校思想政治教育实效,促使思想政治教育与时代更好地接轨,从而实现思想政治教育在网络时代的创新性发展。

The concept of a community of shared future in cyberspace proposed by President Xi Jinping has brought opportunities to various industries,but also faced new challenges.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities should take the community of shared future in cyberspace as a mirror,find out the shortcomings of the current ideological and political education work in the top-level design of the network era.For example,the team building needs to be strengthened,the content quality in the network platform is not high,and the experience of public opinion control is immature.Virtuality affects the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In the process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,we should pay attention to the effective practice of the concept of a community with a shared future in cyberspace,so as to fully enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,promote ideological and political education to better integrate with the times and to realize the innovative development of ideological and political education in the Internet era.
