摘要
针对东滩煤矿智能化矿井建设需要,进行了智能通风系统建设及应用,基于矿山4DGIS平台,深入研究通风系统初始化、通风系统状态识别、需风量超前预测、通风优调优控、通风灾变决策、通风设施监测组态、多源信息融合分析、通风故障诊断和通风系统数字孪生技术,有效提高了矿井供风控风准确度和通风的自动化、智能化水平,通过现场实践,验证了该系统的有效性,为矿井智能通风系统建设提供了参考。
In response to the needs of intelligent mine construction in Dongtan Coal Mine,an intelligent ventilation system has been constructed and applied.Based on the 4DGIS platform of the mine,in-depth research has been conducted on ventilation system initialization,ventilation system status recognition,advanced prediction of air demand,ventilation optimization and control,ventilation disaster decision-making,ventilation facility monitoring configuration,multi-source information fusion analysis,ventilation fault diagnosis,and digital twin technology of the ventilation system,This has effectively improved the accuracy of mine air supply and control,as well as the automation and intelligence level of ventilation.Through on-site practice,the effectiveness of this system has been verified,providing a reference for the construction of intelligent ventilation systems in mines.
