摘要
为提高电网运行的稳定性,以挖金湾煤矿为研究对象,针对矿井供电系统运行期间功率不达标、电路过补欠补发生的情况频繁、电压波动与压降大、供电系统运行不稳定等情况,提出采用静止型无功补偿装置SVG对供电系统进行补偿技术手段,结合煤矿电路负载的实际情况,对SVG电路及硬件电路进行了设计,动态检测供电网络中电压、电流变化,对供电系统进行精准无功补偿,实践表明,SVG无功补偿装置投运后,供电电网上高次次谐波电流均明显降低,其数值均控制在国标值范围内,功率因素有效提高,无功冲击的最大值相较于未投运前大大降低,综合性能得到了明显增强。
In order to improve the stability of power grid operation,taking Jinwan Coal Mine as the research object,in view of the situation that the power supply system is not up to standard,the frequent occurrence of circuit overfilling and undercompensation,the voltage fluctuation and voltage drop,and the unstable operation of the power supply system,this paper proposes to use the static reactive power compensation device SVG to compensate the power supply system,combined with the actual situation of the coal mine circuit load,the SVG circuit and hardware circuit are designed to dynamically detect the voltage and current changes in the power supply network.Accurate reactive power compensation for the power supply system,practice shows that after the SVG reactive power compensation device is put into operation,the high harmonic currents on the power supply grid are significantly reduced,and its values are controlled within the range of the national standard value,the power factor is effectively improved,the maximum value of reactive power impact is greatly reduced compared with before operation,and the comprehensive performance has been significantly enhanced.
