摘要
采区变电所的安全运行能够有效地保障煤矿安全生产,保障煤矿经济运作。随着技术的不断发展,煤矿生产设备技术也大幅提高,煤矿生产设备逐渐向着大功率、超大功率、更高智能化的方向发展,对井下无人值守变电所的安全性、可靠性要求也越来越高。济宁二号煤矿550采变电所通过对供电系统中的智能分站设计、低压数据采集设计、数据通讯功能设计、地面监控主机设计,根据现场实际工况,采用不同通信协议对数据进行采集处理,实现了对多台高低压开关设备的系统整合,具备遥信、遥测、遥调、遥控及遥视“五遥”功能,实现对井下变电所的远程监控,使得变电所可以实现无人值守的功能。
The safe operation of substation in mining area can effectively guarantee the safety of coal mine production and the economic operation of coal mine.With the continuous development of technology,the technology of coal mine production equipment has also been greatly improved,and coal mine production equipment has gradually developed towards the direction of high power,super power and higher intelligence,and the safety and reliability requirements of underground unattended substation are also getting higher and higher.Through the design of intelligent sub-stations in the power supply system,low-voltage data acquisition design,data communication function design and ground monitoring host design,the 550 mining substation of Jining No.2 Coal Mine adopts different communication protocols to collect and process the data according to the actual working conditions of the site,and realizes the system integration of multiple high-low-voltage switchgear.With remote communication,telemetry,remote adjustment,remote control and remote viewing"five remote"functions,to realize the remote monitoring of underground substation,so that the substation can realize the function of unattended.
