摘要
通过构建黄河流域水资源空间均衡诊断及优化耦合模型,诊断黄河流域2011—2020年的水资源空间均衡水平,并依据诊断问题提出相应的优化方案。结果表明:①当前黄河流域水资源未实现空间布局均衡,各省区存在供用水不均衡问题。②甘肃、宁夏、内蒙古、山西、陕西、河南、山东的供水量至少分别减少1.68亿立方米、0.88亿立方米、2.49亿立方米、0.51亿立方米、0.44亿立方米、1.39亿立方米、1.60亿立方米;青海、四川、甘肃、宁夏、内蒙古、山西、陕西、河南、山东的用水量至少分别减少0.18亿立方米、0.59亿立方米、2.43亿立方米、1.64亿立方米、5.64亿立方米、0.37亿立方米、0.67亿立方米、1.96亿立方米、1.46亿立方米,可改善流域水资源供用水不均衡问题。③流域水资源实现空间布局均衡后,供用水规模将减少近90亿立方米、供用水结构也将进一步优化。
This paper establishes the water resources'spatial equilibrium diagnosis and optimization coupling model of the Yellow River Basin to diagnose the water resources'spatial equilibrium level of the basin from 2011 to 2020 and proposes the corresponding optimization scheme according to the diagnosis problem.The results show that:OThe spatial distribution of water resources in the Yellow River basin is not balanced,and there is an imbalance in water supply and consumption in various provinces.②The water supply in Gansu,Ningxia,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Shaanxi,Henan and Shandong decreased by at least 168 million m^(3),88 million m^(3),249 million m^(3),51 million m^(3),44 million m^(3),139 million m^(3) and 160 million m^(3)respectively;the water consumption in Qinghai,Sichuan,Gansu,Ningxia,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Shaanxi,Henan and Shandong will be reduced by at least 18 million m^(3),59 million m^(3),243 million m^(3),164 million m^(3),564 million m^(3),37 million m^(3),67 million m^(3),196 million m^(3)and 146 million m^(3) respectively,which can improve the imbalance of water supply and water consumption in river basins.③After the spatial distribution of water resources in the basin is balanced,the scale of water supply and consumption will be reduced by nearly 9 billion m^(3),and the structure will be further optimized.
