中医药治疗年龄相关性白内障术后干眼的研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Postoperative Dry Eye in Age-related Cataract

年龄相关性白内障是后天性白内障中最常见的一种类型,指晶状体随着年龄的增长逐渐老化,表现为视力进行性下降,手术是其主要的治疗手段。但患者术后常出现干涩、异物感等与干眼相关的眼部不适症状,影响视觉质量。本文回顾了近年的相关文献,对年龄相关性白内障术后干眼的发病机制及中医药的治疗进行梳理和总结,发现中医药可有效地控制其病程发展,且中医药的多种治疗方法可相互联合,共同发挥优势,缓解患者术后眼部不适症状。本文可为临床医师治疗年龄相关性白内障术后干眼提供参考。

Age-related cataract is the most common type of acquired cataract,characterized by progressive deterioration of vision due to age-related lens changes.Surgery is the primary treatment modality for this condition.However,patients often experience postoperative ocular discomfort symptoms such as dryness and foreign body sensation,which are related to dry eye and can affect visual quality.This paper reviews recent literature on the pathogenesis of postoperative dry eye in age-related cataract and summarizes the research progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)treatment.It is found that TCM can effectively control the progression of the disease,and various TCM treatment methods can be combined to exert synergistic advantages,alleviating postoperative ocular discomfort symptoms in patients.This paper can provide reference for clinical physicians in treating postoperative dry eye in age-related cataract with TCM.
