气味、体现与社会区隔--人类学视野下的身体与感知研究

Odour,Embodiment,and Social Segregation:the Study of Body and Perception form the Perspective of Anthropology

随着人类学身体研究转向的推进,身体体现呈现出了鲜活的生命形态,其中包含对身体感知的强调。运用人类学田野调查的研究方法,从甘肃省夏河县的田野过程与身体经验出发,展现出气味感知对于当地藏族的文化内涵,以及气味偏好如何体现在当地民众的婚姻选择和食物属性上,气味又如何呈现出社会区隔的内在逻辑,从身体与感知的视角解读夏河藏族的生活世界。

With the turn of body studies in anthropology,body embodiment presents a vivid life form,which contains an emphasis on body perception.Using the research methodology of anthropological fieldwork,we start from the field process and body experience in Xiahe County,Gansu Province,to show the cultural connotations of odour perception for the local Tibetans,and how odour preferences are reflected in the marriage choices and food attributes in the local society,and how odors present the internal logic of social segregation,so as to decipher the life world of the Xiahe Tibetans from the perspective of the body and perception.
