腈纶和改性腈纶鉴别标准方法分析

Analysis of Identification Standard Method for Acrylic Fiber and Modacrylic Fiber

为了实际操作中更好地鉴别腈纶和改性腈纶,比较分析了我国标准中腈纶和改性腈纶的鉴别方法。通过比较分析发现,不同标准中改性腈纶的纤维名称不一致,建议在以后的标准制修订过程中对纤维名称进行统一;同样的鉴别方法,不同标准中对改性腈纶的鉴别结果存在不一致的现象,这可能是因为改性腈纶品种太多,不同标准方法确认时选用了不同的改性腈纶。相对于现有的鉴别方法,若能直接测定纤维中丙烯腈含量,则可以更准确地鉴别腈纶和改性腈纶。

In order to better identify acrylic fiber and modacrylic fiber in actual operation,the identification methods of acrylic fiber and modacrylic fiber in Chinese standards were compared and analyzed.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the fiber name of modacrylic fiber in different standards is inconsistent,and it is suggested that the fiber name should be unified in the future standard formulation and revision process.Using the same identification method,the identification results of modacrylic fiber in different standards are inconsistent.The reason may be too many varieties of modacrylic fiber,and different modacrylic fiber are selected when different standard methods are confirmed.Compared with the existing identification methods,if the acrylonitrile content of the fiber can be directly determined,acrylic fiber and modacrylic fiber can be identified more accurately.
