摘要
智能时代下,知识的获取已经很便捷,医学教育从体系、内容、方式都迫切需要变革,如何守正创新是目前医学教育面临的挑战。以《医学微生物学》中的布鲁氏菌属为例,在“以学为中心”的理念和一致性建构原则下从学习目标、教学习活动到学习测评进行了课程设计,使这三要素保持一致。通过多学科知识整合、基础与临床融合和沉浸式学习的方式,使学生尽早进入医生角色。
In the era of intelligence,it is convenient to acquire knowledge,and medical education urgently demands change in terms of the system,the content,and the method.How to uphold fundamental principles and break new ground is the challenge of medical education.Taking Brucella in Medical Microbiology as an example,under the concept of“learning-cen-tered”and the principle of consistency construction,the curriculum is designed from learning objectives,teaching and learning activities to learning assessment,to make these three elements consistent.Through the integration of multidisciplinary knowl-edge,the integration of basic and clinical knowledge,and immersive learning,students can enter the role of doctors as early as possible.
