摘要
提出一种通用、简便的柴油发动机激励力和力偶估算方法。利用振动频响(即加速度传感器)获取柴油发动机的振动频谱和相位,运用MATLAB数学软件建立基座激励力和力偶的数学模型,从而估算出隔振系统中发动机组的横向、纵向和垂向激励力或传递力和力偶。通过试验发现,测量过程中的信噪比对发动机的激励力和传递力估算有重要影响,低频信噪比是测量误差的主要来源。该简易估算激励力和力偶的方法可供柴油发动机的多维多向耦合振动研究参考。
This paper proposes a universal and convenient method for estimating the excitation forces and moments of diesel engine.Vibration frequency response(i.e.acceleration sensors in experimental measurements)is used to obtain the vibration spectrum and phase of diesel engine,and MATLAB mathematical software is used to establish mathematical models of base excitation forces and moments,thus to estimate the lateral,longitudinal,and vertical excitation forces or transmission forces and moments of the engine sets in the isolation system.The experiments found that the signaltonoise ratio during the measurement process has a significant impact on the estimation of the excitation and transmission forces of the engine,especially the lowfrequency signaltonoise ratio,which is the main source of measurement error.This simple method for estimating excitation forces and moments can serve as a reference for the study of multidimensional and multidirectional coupled vibrations in diesel engines.
