精准服务国家战略的涉外法治人才培养改革与实践——以西南政法大学为例

On the Reform and Practice of Cultivating Foreign⁃Related Rule of Law Talent Serving National Strategies Accurately——Taking Southwest University of Political Science and Law as an Example

为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于加强涉外法治人才培养工作的重要指示精神,精准服务国家对外战略,西南政法大学在全面总结与归纳传统涉外法治人才培养经验的基础上,聚焦中国—东盟法治合作、海外利益安全、国际人权斗争、涉外争端解决四个方面,集聚校内校外、国内国外的优质资源,推动了新时代涉外法治人才培养共同体的形成,探索了新时代涉外法治人才培养的方向与路径。

In order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening thecultivation of foreign-related rule of law talent and accurate service the nation’s foreign-related strategies,Southwest University of Political Science and Law comprehensively summarized the prior experience of cultivating foreign-related rule of law talent,focusing on the four directions of rule of law cooperation between China and ASEAN,security of overseas interests,the struggle for international human rights,and foreign-related dispute settlement.High-quality resources are gathered from both the internal and external in the university and that of from both home and abroad,which pushed forward the establishment of a community of foreign-related rule of law talent cultivation,and explored the directions and paths of cultivation of foreign-related rule of law talent in the new era.
