摘要
阅读行为、意愿与认知构成了阅读三角,三者既可相互强化,亦可相互弱化。通过对江苏大学法学院学生发放问卷调查、组织读书会并进行参与观察发现,法科生有限的阅读粗浅零散,有阅读意愿却难以转化为阅读行为,对阅读层次的认知模糊不清。被动阅读、狭窄阅读、浅层阅读、零散阅读形成了法科生的阅读之洞,阅读不足严重影响了法学教育质量。导师组织小组会议、教师召集读书会、师生创办阅读公众号均可作为培养学生阅读能力的途径,助力部分学生解决阅读中知行意分离、意愿悬浮的难题。
The reading triangle consists of behavior,willingness and cognition,which can either reinforce or weaken each other.Through questionnaires,book groups and participatory observation of law school students in the Jiangsu University,the author finds that the law studentslimited reading is superficial and scattered,their reading willingness can hardly lead to real reading behavior,and their reading cognition level is vague.The reading gap of law school students is formed by passive reading,narrow reading,superficial reading and scattered reading,and the insufficiency of reading seriously affects the quality of law education.Methods of reading ability cultivation may include group meetings organized by instructors,reading groups convened by teachers,and reading official accounts founded by teachers and students,so as to help part of the students solve the problem of separation of cognition,behavior,and willingness and unexecuted of willingness in reading.
