“中国法律史”本科课程教学改革片思

摘要 “中国法律史”虽然一直是法学本科核心课程之一,但由于教学内容、教学组织与形式等方面的缺陷,往往被学生们视为不得不学,又略感抵触的必修课。为了摆脱此种困境,教学改革实为必需,或可从课程教学整体方案之改进及课堂教学质量之提升两个方向上展开。其最终目标则是使“中国法律史”成为教学内容兼顾基础性和启发性、教学手段灵活多样的优质本科课程。 Although the course,The Legal History of China,has been one of the core undergraduate courses of law for a long time,due to the defects in teaching content,teaching organization and teaching form,it is often regarded as a compulsory course that students have to learn but feel slightly contradictory.In order to avoid this predicament,teaching reform is indeed necessary,which may be developed in two aspects:the improvement of the overall scheme of curriculum teaching and the promotion of classroom teaching quality.The ultimate aim of the reform is making the legal history of China a high-quality undergraduate course with both fundamental and enlightening teaching contents and diversified teaching methods.
