乡村生态振兴的理论指引、现实挑战与实践路径

Theoretical Guidance,Actual Challenges,and Practical Paths for Rural Ecological Revitalization

乡村生态振兴是我国农业农村现代化的重要支撑,但在实践中却面临着诸多挑战:乡村生态治理体系尚不健全、乡村生态法治保障不够充分、乡村生态文化建设相对滞后等。因此,需要在习近平生态文明思想的指引下,运用贯穿其中的立场观点方法,从三个方面探寻我国乡村生态振兴的实践路径。第一,践行生态民生观,推进生态多元共治;第二,践行生态法治观,加大生态保护力度;第三,践行生态文明观,构建生态文化体系。

Rural ecological revitalization is the important support for agricultural and rural modernization in China,but it faces many challenges in practice:The rural ecological governance system is not yet sound;the legal protection of rural ecology is not sufficient;and the construction of rural ecological culture is relatively lagging behind.Therefore,under the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on eco-civilization,by using its standpoint,viewpoint and method,we explore the practical paths of rural ecological revitalization in China from three aspects.Firstly,practice the concept of ecological livelihood and promote ecological diverse co-governance.Secondly,practice the concept of ecological rule of law and make efforts in ecological protection.Thirdly,practice the concept of eco-civilization and build an ecological cultural system.
