乡村振兴背景下云南省“一村一品”发展现状与对策

Development Status and Countermeasures of“One Village,One Product”in Yunnan Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

“一村一品”作为中国乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分,已得到了广泛关注和推广。以云南省获得农业农村部认定的全国“一村一品”示范村镇数据为基础,阐述分析云南省“一村一品”的发展环境、认定数量、区域分布、年度获批、主导产业等情况,归纳总结云南省“一村一品”主要的几种发展模式,并针对“一村一品”存在的产业规模化程度低、差异化不明显、品牌化建设滞后、产品营销有待加强、专业人才缺乏等问题,提出大力推进规模化发展、规划引导促进产业融合、重视品牌建设与营销、强化技术人才培育等对策,为云南省“一村一品”示范村镇的健康发展提供参考。

As a crucial part of China’s rural revitalization strategy,“one village,one product”has gained widespread attention and popularity.This paper is based on the data of the national“one village,one product”model towns recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Yunnan Province,explain and analyze the development environment,certified quantity,regional distribution,annual approval and leading industries of“one village,one product”in Yunnan Province,and summarize the main development modes of“one village,one product”in Yunnan Province,in view of the problems of“one village,one product”,such as low industrial scale,unclear differentiation,lagging brand construction,product marketing to be strengthened,lack of professional talent and other problems,put forward vigorously promoting large-scale development,planning and promoting industrial integration,paying attention to brand building and marketing,strengthening the cultivation of technical personnel and other countermeasures,it provides reference for the healthy development of“one village,one product”demonstration villages and towns in Yunnan Province.
