摘要
采煤机是进行煤矿自动化开采的重要设备,对于提高煤矿的开采效率具有重要的作用.针对采煤机滚筒的受力作用,采用数值分析的形式建立滚筒的仿真模型,并对其作用力及转矩的变化进行分析,从而为采煤机的设计使用提供参考,减少滚筒的维修维护时间,保证煤矿的开采效率.
Coal mining machine is an important equipment to carry out automated coal mining,which plays an important role in improving the mining efficiency of coal mines.Aiming at the force effect of the drum of the coal mining machine,the simulation model of the drum is established in the form of numerical analysis,and the changes of the force and torque are analysed,so as to provide reference for the design and use of the coal mining machine,thus reducing the time of repair and maintenance of the drum,and ensuring the mining efficiency of the coal mine.
