摘要
为提升煤矿开采中椭圆振动筛筛箱的应用质量,研究人员应用有限元分析方法,结合实际案例对煤矿椭圆振动筛筛箱谐响应及疲劳情况进行分析.在分析过程中,对目标筛箱进行建模,而后应用ANAYS有限元分析软件,对筛箱的谐响应和疲劳情况进行了较为全面的分析.根据分析结果,对筛箱的后续优化工作提出相应建议,以期为后续的筛箱优化设计工作提供参考借鉴.
In order to improve the application quality of elliptical vibrating screen screen box in coal mining,the researchers applied the finite element analysis method to analyse the harmonic response and fatigue of elliptical vibrating screen screen box in coal mine combined with the actual cases.In the analysis process,first of all,the target screen box for modeling,and then the application of ANAYS finite element analysis software,the screen box harmonic response and fatigue of a more comprehensive analysis,and finally according to the results of the analysis of the screen box of the subsequent optimization of the corresponding recommendations,with a view to provide reference for the subsequent optimization of the design of the screen box.
